Delivery method:

1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will get the order in the period of 10-17 working days. 

Once your order is processed (within 3-4 days), you will receive a tracking number by email. After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 7-13 business days to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand,Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain , Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

* All delivery times exclude clearance/customs delays. Please, note, that the delay may take up to 5-7 days, depending on your local post services and customs clearances of your local airports.

2. HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

1. After the order is confirmed, your package is in the queue. Usually, it takes up to 2 days to procedure your order. You receive a confirmation e-mail with all the needed information.

2. After your package has been processed, we pass it to manufacture and it has been handled by them. You will receive a tracking number, but it might be not showing any status changes until 2 days will pass. Please, do not worry and wait until your painting will be despatched. We will notify you with a separate email.

3. Your package is on it's way to you! It takes 12-17 days (*excluding clearance/customs delays) for the package to be delivered to its destination. You may track your package using a tracking number!

 4. Your package is delivered at your local post station, or at your place, depending on how your country postal service works. Have a nice painting :)

3. WHY IS MY TRACKING INFO NOT UPDATING?

Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update.  

When the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it by simply entering your tracking ID included in your shipping confirmation email into the official local post website. You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.
